Repeatedly calling and ****ing up. No clue who it is as I am not even in the same state.

Answered the phone and I heard a female voice in the background say my name and then the male on the phone asked is this Heather?  I said, "Yes".  Then they ***g up.  I attempted to call them back and they picked up the phone, I heard 3 beeps and then silence.  The call was not ended, almost like I was on hold or so****ing.
