On a Sunday night no less. A bunch of bunk.

This same scammer has called four times in three days. They either don't leave a message, or they leave a message consisting of only *****ling noises.

Shows up as "minnesota" on the caller ID. Calls everyday here at the job. Either ****s up or I hear someone dialing! Very annoying and needs to be stopped!

If you want to be removed from the list just say "I want to be removed from your calling list." that's the only way to be removed by the caller. If you say "stop calling me." or simply **** up, they can't do it. It's part of the rules at Meyer, I know because I used to work there. Trust me, no one wants to call you and listen to you get upset or yell at them and talk about how you're going to report them. They're simply doing this because it's a JOB. Stop taking your anger out on the callers and either remove yourself from the list, or file a cordial complaint.

They have been calling almost every night at least twice as well as all hours on the weekends.  Think I will take timthewizard's suggestion and reporting them to Fed Trade Comm. and the State Atty General.

The calls are from "Meyer Teleservices."  They're a telemarketing company that does research, fundraising, sales, and other stuff for the people/companies/whatever that hire them.

I had no idea what Meyer and****ociates was and had to google the number to discover that this is for the Democratic Party.  I am on the No Call List and I do not want political parties to call me anymore than I want any other type of solicitation.  I've had at least 5 calls in the last week.  I don't know what they want and I don't care. I will contact the FTC and my state Attorney General.

I get daily calls from this number. There's never anybody at the other end. Return calls result in a busy signal.

Really, really weird.  The person calling sounded like they had Tourette's so I was trying to be patient and understanding, and figure out if it was a friend playing a joke, a person with a disability, or just a random *******.  After being patient for a long time I concluded it was choice #3 and ***g up.

If you get repeted calls from a certain number you can report them to the Federal Trade Commision and the Attorney General of your state. The more complaints they get about these bottom feeding s*** bags the more likely so****ing will be done about it. You can also wright a letter to your state representive. I'v included a complaint about the uncontionable "criminal" activity of the credit card companys. Have you thoroughly read your agreement? You may be shocked at what they get away with. We are so sick of getting phone calls from this number.  I know it is telemarketers for campaigning, but enough is enough.  I have been keeping track of this phone no and to me, it would be considered harrassment.  They have called 5 times in the last week.  How can we report them?  We are on registered on the Do Not Call list, but apparently this does not include campaign nos.  In one day, they called 3 times.  I do not answer when I see it is them, but it still is a disruption when I am already on the phone or have to run and get the phone.  I am sick of it.  I wouldn't vote for any of the candidates anyway, so this is a waste of my time plus theirs.  First time not voting. I am 58 years old and to me all the candidates are not worth my vote so why vote?  I will not pick up the phone for this no. and would love to report them.  How!????

These people called even though we are on the do not call list. Time to keep the whistle by the phone a***n do not care who they are hope they do not like their hearing. Have no time for telemarketers of anysort. Did not identify themselves or anything. Just empty ****e on the other line. Get a life!!!

I remember very well that around 3 weeks ago I called an advertisment on the WCCO radio talk show for some trial medication for eye bags which in fact was not absolutely free. I ended up not ordering it and from that day onwards, I have s****ed getting calls from 3 different numbers and one of them is this. Yes it is annoying specially in my case as the number they call is my cell phone.

When I went to the Website to get on their dnc list, I noticed that they do fundraising for non-profits and calls for political organizations. I believe these calls are permitted even for those on the national do not call list.

This is typical of the people who want to violate the do not call restrictions. If you don't answer, they drop off. I don't know what happens if you answer. This call (7/23/08) was listed as Minnesota, for whatever that is worth.Gref

I got a call from this number today, so I googled it and here I am.  Can't recall if I've gotten calls from this firm before, but I filled out the form on the meyer website under 'contact us' and requested that my number be put on their DNC list.

Just got another phone call. I talked this time, and they wanted me to give them a $100 donation. Get Real! What happened to the DNC list? This site needs to be shut down.

I finally got someone to talk to me after 3 days of **** ups. The company is Meyer Teleservices.

I have been called several times. Thanks to the Caller ID and this web site I never answer the call. I have heard there are companies that refine their call list by calling your phone to see when you are home so the telemarkers know what list to be given at whatever time of day you are home. Thanks for the info. By the way were are on the NCL too but these companies know that they will never hear from our sleepy Attorney General.

Calls asking for my husband, won't leave message, keeps calling back about once a day. We're on DNC registry, so don't know what's going on.

Annoying. These calls are usually from credit card companies wanting you to sign up for some other paid service.

This number calls my house on a regular basis...we work during the day so no one is home, but the caller NEVER leaves a message.  As soon as the answering picks up, they **** up.  Very annoying....
