Called to my mobile number numerous times. Asking for Norm or Norman. Has voicemail. The last time I called it back and he said he was given my number ending in 0515 (which is correct) I threatened to alert the police if he called a***n. Subsequently called the number and only his slurred answer Norm was give, and not the supposed information of a construction company that was previously on the voicemail box. Worried it is a burner phone and he is trying to determine if I'm home. Credit card recently number stolen by a local business.
