called my cell phone twice in as many days. the voice is computer generated. it said that my social security number had been used n some illegal activity. First day it had said that legal action had been started against me. I kew it was a scam, and just hung up.

They call from this number say they are with the Social Security Department it is a scam I called Social Security and reported them Social Security will not call and ask for any private information over the phone they will send you a letter through the mail
