I talked to a lawyer and she asked if we had ever had a payday loan and I said yes and she said these companies are leaking our information. So I think it is check cashing places or payday loan places.

I received the same message that I will be arrested at my home or place of work if I did not pay this debt. I contacted a lawyer and she knew exactly who I was talking about and told me they were a fraud. You can not be arrested for a debt and his name was Jeff Stiffler or Eric Smith it c****ed everytime and he was very difficult to understand almost like he was talking thru a voice c****er.And the company he told me he worked for does not exsist!!

Does anyone know how to stop the calls at work because I really can't have calls at work but they refuse to stop calling!

Mack Morris was the same guy that I spoke too. As I was on the phone with them I googled their number and seen all these things about them and lost my mind and went off on him and he ***g up the phone. They said I owed $300.00 for a day loan too and was willing to settle for $913.13. Go to the police to report them just in case because they do have all of our personal information.

I also recieved a call from someone posing as Mack Morris with a heavy eastern accent stating I owed cash advance $300.00 and I could settle out of court for 1314.14 or someone will come arrest me from my job and i will have to pay attorney fees and all other fees which equal up to over $3000.00.  I told them I wasn't familiar with this and I needed for someone to send me do***entation or so****ing b/c I hadn't recieved any letters. He said they couldn't until after the debt was paid. He verifed all my personal information including my SSN.. Who are they?

Does every one here have a TCF Bank account? I think that TCF is the connection between all of these.

I also received this call, did anything ever happen? Any warrants or anything?

I got the the same thing....a man called from this number to my employer stating it was a legal matter...said he name was John Brock...yet he was middle eastern...kept calling my place of employment...threathed to kidnap my kids...giled a police report on them and haven't heard from them since.

I to have recived this call they been callin me at work since thursday and are threatn me and tryin to get me arrested how do they get my number and who are they and where are they from and why are they calling me? and said they were goin to send someone out to get me

I got a call from a guy that called him self Brian jones. He said I got a loan on line and now they was taking me to court. I Called back and talk to some one named Jeff Stiffler. He said he would take care of it and call me back. Shocker no call. He had my ss#. That scares me. I am going to repot it ASAP.

I to have recieved a phone call from this number from a man posing as an officer Brian Jones with a ****stani descent and I****ure he is not the real Officer Brian Jones. He will tell you that you are charged with money laundering, fraud, theft by deception, and all kinds of crazy stuff. Please beware of this folks they are trying to scam you and get your hard earn money.

Same name: Officer James Anderson, yet first call was a woman, and second was a man.  All I heard was the threat of arrest and I snapped!! I owe no credit cards, or loans ...this **** scared me.  My phone service offers a cool , free option of entering a 2 digit code and blocks this number.  So glad I googled!!

Officer John Brock and Officer Brian Jones call me as many times as needed back to back for me to answer. Threaten me about a pay day loan and then tell me that the cops are coming to my place of business or home and arrest me. Do not belive them.. They also told me to fax them a letter saying i would let american Eagle to deduct 250.00 for a first payment from my card.

Someone called my job over 12 times claiming that I would be arrested if I didn't talk to him about an outstanding online debt. He had my SS#.

Very threatening calls, posses as an officer, and states I will be arrested at my work or home in 2 - 3 days from date of call.When you call back the number is always busy and when you try to look up the address they give you it does not exist.What they are doing is a***nst Federal Trade Commission and US Law.

Said I would be arrested if I didn't call back as soon as possible
