This an called me at my place of work and left a msg with my manager saying to please have your employeee call me at 3212855015 asap or else she will be arressted tomorrow morning, That I must send them money to pay of a debt which they would not state the debt. They also had all my info, ss#, name and address, phone #'s at work and home! What do I do about this?

I got mine today,,very rude and unprofessional to say the least.Told my Mom to "Shut UP".The ones who called me has an Asian accent,even gave me my Miranda Rights...Told me they could help me today so I wouldn't have to go to "Courthouse" .Some lady so called named Michelle Reeder is the one who did this to me..I was transferred to "Supervisor " who a***n stated he was just notifying me about the charges at the courthouse on me and that they could help me by settling the matter before I went to jail..Told them I would take my chances with legal system.

Report it to the Police and the FBI. I have also gotten a phone call but he said his name was Officer Cliff Wilson. He had an Indian accent. He was ****** and rude. He even left a message on my answer ma****e. I just gave the information to the police and forward the message to them and thy said thy are sending it to the FBI special fraud department I hope thy lock all of them up. I have no problems testifying a***nst them in court.

A MAN WITH A FOREIGN ACCENT TELLING ME I OWED THEM MONEY FOR A PAY DAY LOAN THAT I SUPPOSEDLY TOOK OUT WHICH I DID NOT THEY ARE CALLING ME AT  WORK AND  KEEP HARASSING ME TO PAY BACK THIS FAKE LOAN AND THREATENED THAT THEY WERE GOING TO COURT HOUSE AND FILE FORMAL CHARGES AND ARREST ME AND TAKE ME TO JAIL. HOW DO I GET THIS TO STOP?

he called me 5/13/10 saying if i don't call him back the cops will be at my place of business to arrest me threatening calls more then once about a payday loan i'm not sure i owe has my info my ss# he called more then once with same threat more then one company called how do i know that they're legit i know i paid all my payday loan thats the same phone call every time

This is a very FRADULENT company they person called and had all my information and told me they couldnt give me they companies information that I owe and the local police was coming to to my home in the morning and I ask about the loan that was supposly owed how long ago they couldnt even tell me that! They say I owed 900

this person keeps callin and harrasing me and threatening me ifi dont pay adebt collection and calling my job. rude person, has a very accent and persistant. non stop calling, has all my personal information as to where iwork, email, soc #...

i also recieved calls from this number only he said his name was officer mac williams he became was rude theatening with international bank fraud bad checks etc. called orlando police and reported this and called myycity police and filed a complaint with fbi    u can file a compliant at http://compliant.ic3.gov

Got a call from John Brock.

The phone calls s****ed the morning of March 24, 2010. A guy with a foreign speaking voice was relentless in collecting money from me for a loan I supposedly took out for $6,000 - $7,000 dollars that I have yet to pay back the money for.  I have never taken a loan out from any payday loan business in my life. The guy is threatening me and telling me that I need to send the money now and get a lawyer because they are going to take everything from me if I don't. Now that I see what this really is, I am scared because they have valid personal information on me. I can't believe these people can get away with this!!!!!
