got a message on my home phone from a man with a thick foreign accent making threats to me for a legal matter, this is a phony scam!

i just recieved the same call. this is the second one. they threatened jail and refused to send proof of any loan.. i told them i would see them in court and go to jail unless they sent some proof. they said they would send proof once i sent a payment for the full amount. i said no deal...

I just received the same phone call today! I was so shakin up by this call!!! I did not have any payday loans and I have been through so much in the last few years this call had me so upset. They told me the same things and said I would go to jail, I tried to get them to give me proof of the accusations they were talking about but just kept threatening me with jail time and I would lose my job etc... This is a crime for them harrassing people like this!!!!!! I am so angry about this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Received a call today from Officer Sam Smith and his supervisor Officer Jake, both gave false badge numbers, using thick Indian, dot; not feather, accents.  This was confirmed with my local police department.  They call and rudely inform you that you have taken money in form of a cash loan.  That you have not paid it back and now you have been accused of 3 things, however they only list 2.  1. Theft by Check 2. Theft by deception.  Also they do not give you any information. So call your local police department and report these guys. Do not verify your info with them!!!  They will try to scare you and make you believe you are going to jail.  Do not answer their questions, I do believe that they are recording your yes and no answers to do an electronic signature. Your Voice!  So pass this on to all that you know have gone thru this.  Hope this helps.

I just received a call from this number saying I was a suspect in a legal matter.  When I called back they said they wanted the name of my attorney and that they had papers to submit.   They claimed that I had a payday loan outstanding and refused to provide any further information.   I have no such loans and the guy ***g up saying legal paper work was going to be filed.

Just called this number and the guy that answered said he was John James Taylor and that he was a human being and when asked who he worked for and what his job was he told me he was a human being and he was ************.WOW who are these people.Can't our government get a hold on these people.

This company just called my daughter using faul language telling her she will give them her information and when she tells them they are not going to get any information they continue to use foul language and she ****s up on them.  They continue to call back threatening her to not **** up on them and she does a***n.
