credit card..lower interest rates...

credit card company wanting to lower rates. Keeps calling every day and will not stop after numerous stop requests. I am buying another te***apper. reports claim it will stop calls. it did stop calls prior to no call list.

Rachel from Card members services. Refuses to tell who they represent, just wants personal information. Prerecorded. Just one of the numbers that they use.

Total scam!!!! First question: which of my cards are you calling about? Response: immediate ****up. Do NOT give your info out to these *****s!

calls say it is Rachel from card holders plus....when i called back some ****ese speaking person answered. Stop these calls now and put these idiots out of business

recording states they are calling about your credit card but there is no problem. you have an opportunity to lower your rate. This is your final notice. You have an option to press a specific number to stop receiving calls. but it doesn't work. When I hit the ****on to talk to a live person - it just disconnected. They continue to call daily. When I called the number back - there was a women's voice speaking a foreign language - possibly ****ese
