All of the above sounds similar to my experiences for the past year or more. Since the past year I have blocked calls with pc and registered to “Don’t call registry” No stopping these people. I can do no more because when I block calls manually, these sales people have too many extensions.

Fraud.
Called my number, knew my name. Said they were 'Customer Service' calling about life insurance. I could hear a lot of laughing and talking in background.
They knew my name, and said they were selling life insurance. I don't need, nor have I ever inquired about purchasing life insurance. The caller Id on the phone said "Jimmy Ottis". What a bunch of garbage.
