Rang once and ***g up

called cell phone and did not leave a message. No caller ID came up with the number.

Called home phone, did not answer. I.D. was TAX OFFICE.

I received a call from 3321-355-3735 and caller id name TAX OFFICE on my cell phone. I do not answer my phone at all from numbers I do not know or not in my contacts list, so I ignored the call. No message was left. I'm pretty sure this is a robodialer or spam caller who is trying to be clever and using the id TAX OFFICE to get people to answer.
