This is a scammer with the name of John who called a friend claiming there was an issue with my Amazon shipment I recently sent them. The friend called confused, saying I needed to call John from Amazon. I called John and he was telling me I needed to be reimbursed for an Amazon gift card. He was trying to instruct me to log onto my computer to process my refund. I told him I didn' t know what he was talking about and then he said, "He was losing patience with me!". I knew then this was a scam, ***g up and blocked the number.
