Every since the last call that I recieved I haven't recieved anymore.  But who knows.   That's probably cause I told them to go ahead and forward my info to the courts in my state because I knew I didn't have a loan.  I called arrowhead, the loan company, they said they never had my name in their system for a loan.  I told the lady that I did apply awhile back but never recieved the loan.  She said that those ppl hacked into their companies website and stole all of our info....WOW! I'm thinking is there so****ing that we can do to this arrowhead company? because it clearly states on their website that they "safeguard" our personal info and no one can get it.  YEAH!  I wanted to contact a lawyers office to see if that was so****ing like breach of contract or so****ing, because they DIDN'T keep their end of the deal, my info was leaked!  The lady from arrowhead was laughing and just said "I'm sorry"...LIKE IT WAS A JOKE OR SO****ING.....AFTER 9/11 I DON'T TRUST THOSE PPL.....AND NO I'M NOT DISCRIMINATING, I JUST DON'T.....WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY MIGHT DO W/ OUR INFO.  This is arrowhead's website, you can get their # off of their page also....  http://arrowheadinvestment.com/

Received an aggressive voicemail on my personal cell phone from "Officer Jeff Brown" in a thick Indian accent stating to call due to a financial obligation I owed and that I shouldn't disregard the message as its part of a private investigation.    I call 321-445-4137 just to see what they were talking about.  As all of the above, I got people who spoke poor English.  They said I had defaulted on a payday loan with the Arrowhead Payday Loan Company.  They claimed to be from the "United Financial Claim Dept"  They said they had my name and social and I needed to pay back my loan or it would go to court as a default.  I asked them to verify my social to make sure they had the right person.  He became f****ered muttering to someone in the background.  I asked for the number for Arrowhead so I can call them and work it out.  Dead silence.  Told him I never took out any payday loan and he said that wasn't his problem and yelled that he'd see me in court and ***g up.  Good to see this is obviously a massive scam based on all these responses...He never did verify having my social or even my first name.  Who knows...

recieved call from foreigner who i could hardly understand claiming he was an "officer" last name s****ed w/an L & i was to be arrested the very next day for bank fraud or fraudulant checks, mumbled so****ing about payday loans &$5000.00. Offered to help me out if i wanted to settle the debt right then over the phone. I never applied for any loans so even if someone hacked into payday loans files they should not of had my info.I am so disgusted that these pigs can harass people nonstop w/out getting into any trouble. The call actually came from 1-321-445-4136 but definately the same ****s. How can we put a stop to this?

Same as above.  Still waiting to be arrested.  It's been a week now. Got a message to day from one "Officer" Aaron Donald. Said he's been trying to contact me and hasn't heard from me.  I talked to him just last week.  What a joke. They claim to be a division of the U.S. Treasury Financial Crimes Division.  Directed me to fincin.gov which is a Government Website, but even the website identifies them as fraudulent.

This call was so strange...the people that was calling were ALL forgein and couldn't speak English correctly.  I could hear other people and music in the background.  Put me on hold to get Steve Martin on the line.....who in the world is he...????  He never came on the line and the atrange guy just kept asking for my name and more information about me.  He even told me I would lose my job and be arrest....  I am retried!!!!!  what a BIG joke this call was!!!!!

Yeah, another "officer" called me today, same # different person.  I REALLY don't think they will be calling me back anymore, I played them so good & I when asked what I wanted to do either let them help me or have them forward my info to where they said they were gonna forward it to, I simply said "forward it"  he couldn't believe I said that, he began to stutter and then he ***g up on me.,,,,*****!!!!!!  They even used a different company name but still had that same weird kiddy hold music....It kept skipping!  I don't know what's more nerve wrecking the music or them and it is kind of scary after 9/11 and all, who knows what their capable of doing with all your personal info.(I wanted to say so****ing else but I forgot) but you can check this website out http://utah.bbb.org/article/widespread-harass ... h-11792.......I think the video is messed up now but you can still read it.

A foreign genteleman named officer Mike ********- although they have used different names in the past, my ss# and address are on hold per investigation lawsuit filed a***nst me.  You can barely understand them.  I have payday loans which I pay off, so this is a scam.  It is annoying though because if you do not answer the phone, they just keep calling back.

I haven't heard from them since I called them & told them to not call me anymore, I never had a loan, that I contacted the police in orlando fl. where they are located and that I contacted a few other places also.  I told the "secretary" that I knew that it was a scam and that the police are on to them, he said "ok ma'am, u contacted the police & that fine but u will need a attorney" I just laughed and finished yelling at him and telling him a few other things I haven't heard from them since.  I even contacted the loan company that I was suppose to have the loan with and the lady said that someone hacked into their system and got everyone's info.  and is using it in the ways listed above.  She said to ask them for some kind of "reciept of debt" and since they can't provide this they will stop calling, she said that this is what their company is telling everyone to tell these scammers when the call u.  She also said to tell them that u are giving up ur right to all telephone communications with them and u want everything, all communications from them, mailed to you thru the usps......I even contacted the fbi along with some other agencies.....

This person actually called my daughter's cell phone and said that I took a loan and she was the co-signer.  My daughter had no idea what was going on so she gave me the message. I called and was told the same thing that I have read in the previous comments.  This also happened to one of my co-workers a day or so before.  It was reported to our company's security.  Security called the company and advised them not to contact anyone at our company a***n.  Today (Monday) got another call but from a different number and right after me, my co-worker got the call.  we have been instructed not to answer these calls.  THE SCARY THING IS, THEY READ MY COMPLETE SSN TO ME AND MY BANK ACCOUNT.  What is really going on?

me and my aunt just called them back because they still keep calling me.  When "OFFICER ELLEN DONALD" got on the phone my aunt was acting as my attorney and told him that she wanted there address so that we could sent the "$200.00" in to them they refused to give me their address or anything else.  They really showed how "professional" they were and especially with that corny music that they played while we were on hold.....WHAT A SCAM....Believe me, I have been told who to contact and have done so ALREADY.  I AM SO HAPPY THAT I FOUND THIS WEBSITE, EVEN THOUGH I KNOW THAT I DIDN'T HAVE A LOAN, I STILL FELT A LITTLE SCARED....I FEEL MUCH BETTER NOW!HOW CAN THEY JUST GO AROUND DOING THIS TO PPL?

Said that they would forward my files to my local office 11am tommorrow, but they ran a check on my name & social and I had no criminal activity on my name.  Said that I got a internet payday loan and was suppose to pay it back in 21 days.  They knew my social, email, etc.  Did threaten me with legal action if i didn't let his lawyer help me. FULL OF ****!!!!! I NEVER GOT THE LOAN I APPLIED FOR.  THEY EVEN KNEW MY BANKS NAME.....I WAS SO SCARED, I EVEN ASKED THEM WAS IT A SCAM!  THE PERSON THAT CALLED ME WAS NAMED OFFICER ELLEN DONALD, THEY HAD THIS WEIRD KIDDY MUSIC PLAYING WHILE I WAS ON HOLD AND U COULD STILL HEAR THEM TALKING IN THE BACKGROUND, WEIRD!  THEY DIDN'T WANT TO TELL ME THE NAME OF THE BUSINESS OR ANYTHING THAT I SHOULD OF KNOWN ABOUT...I TOLD THEM THAT I HAD ALL OF MY BANK STATEMENTS AND THAT MY BANK WOULD STAND BEHIND ME AND SAY THAT I DIDN'T HAVE ANY MONEY DEPOSITED IN MY ACCOUNT.

A foreign (Indian) woman calling herself Officer Paul Adams called from  910000000000 and left a message on my work voicemail saying that my SSN was on hold by the US Government and my residence was under surveillance. She left this number (a land line in Orlando, FL) as her call back number.

Yes they have called my number left a message for someone else. Stating there is a federal lawsuit and there is a hold on the person social security number. When i called backed the number i requested that they remove my number from there call list, his name was Mike so****ing and he cursed me out and we all no that no federal officer will do this. Who can we make a complaint to about this person's number

They yelled and threatened to put me in jail for a loan I didn't have.  Sounded like an Indian accent I couldn’t understand half of what he was saying.  Also gave me 321-445-4136 to call.  Said his name was Mike last name s****ed with an H.

Officer Wm Beck had called my work place and left a personal message that there was a lawsuit filed a***nst me and left the number of 321-4445-4137 to call him.  First of all this is personal and confidential information and no officer would leave that precise info with anyone.  They may leave their name and phone number but not that detailed of information.  I have contacted my attorney and he is taking care of this matter and reporting it to other certain agencies.  I forgot to mention he also contacted another family member.

I received a call from this number and I was threatened with a lawsuit by some foreign woman. She said so****ing about financial crimes. This is probably for an internet payday loan.

same thing they told me i had an internet cash advance and they need my card info to collect money.i never did a cash advance!!!

Apparently from United Financial Crime Division. Threatened with legal cases concerning internet fruad and fruadulent checks. They had my bank account number. Funny thing is, I never asked for a loan and have no reason to pay them money.
