Caller trying to get account numbers for credit cards

Total scam. Asked for me by name and said I had a problem with my overdue payments on my Visa and my MasterCard. I told him I do not have a Visa and I owe No money to MasterCard! I told him I was on the do not call registry would report him and I got a dial tone so fast!! I called the number back and it said the number was out of service so this is a scam artist routing thru another number. Be careful if someone calls you about your visa and MasterCard and tries to pretend he is a collection agency! It is a scam!
