A man with an Indian accent called me (from above number) and said that certain parties are trying to access my computer for illegal purposes and that I should try and delete certain files, and that he would help me do so.......................He said he is the authorized tech to work on WINDOWS and that the co. he works for is ELECTRONIC WORLD SUPPORT.

They are still at it. Could I get in front of my computer and give them access.

File a complaint online with the Federal Communications Commission. There will be an icon to submit a complaint. The more people that file the better!

They just called me too. Electronic World. Needed to fix my computer, go to windows key, etc.

They said I had a computer virus and wanted to fix it. Caller ID said "technical help". I got their number and ;***g up

Just got a call from these people who said I had a virus. So SICK of these scams!

Said that corrupted files were getting through to my computer, that Microsoft had been receiving reports of the corrupted files and would I please turn on my computer. I told them to stop calling and he said he would call back later. I said no, do not call a***n and if they do I will sue them. He said ***** you. I ***g up.

Tried to get information about my computer. Said they had a way of removing junk files that were causing damage to my computer. It was an Asian or an Indian sounding man. He asked if I was in front of my computer, to which I replied "I don't have a computer" he then felt awkward and said "uh uh uh there must be some kind of mistake sorry for the inconvenience" to which I said how did u get my number??? Phone goes click. Total phishing scam to access ur computer info to steal ur money/iden***y. ***kers.
