Didn't answer and no message left.  Blocked my number and called it back and received an answering ma****e identifying it as "Asset Recovery Solutions."  I believe this is a medical collection agency, and the person they want does not live at my house, and is, in fact, in very serious condition at a hospital across the state.  My telephone number has never been connected with hers...she uses her cell phone number.  Probably would not identify themselves or the reason calling to the individual above because they are afraid of violating the collection laws.

Unknown woman asking by name, when told unavailable at the moment and offering to take a message, she responded "there is no message" -- very odd.
