Phone rang every 15 minutes or so for an hour or so, a few times during the day up till around 9:00, for two or three consecutive days.  If I picked up the phone, no one would be at the other end.   If I put the answering ma****e on, the ringing stopped before the answering ma****e picked up.  Finally, I tried picking up a***n and someone was at the other end.  When I asked who was calling and from where, he said "OTR, from Florida".  After telling him we are on the Do Not Call registry and giving him a piece of my mind, he said he'd remove us from their list.
