You can't stop the so call then often.  Use their toll free #.  lets s**** costing them money.  Lets get an auto dialer to do it.  There must be some I.T. guy out there with a trick up his sleeve.  At the very least call them back a***n and a***n and a***n.

These people have been calling, now harassing us since September.  I live with my Mom and Step-***her who are both in their 80s and have some mobility issues. Sometimes they're in another room and have to rush to get the phone.  To have ***ody courteous enough to identify themselves is really frustrating.  Ok, we do get calls from Telemarketers, but most are honest enough to say who they are and say "Ok, thank you for your time".   After receiving three calls one morning, I had had it.  I dialed *69 and got their number.  Since I had to work, I took the information with me and used my work station to look up their information.  Since it wasn't an 800 number, I honestly thought it would be some Kids calling just for fun and that their Parents would be thrilled knowing they were doing this.  But when I saw it was a telemarketer, I was livid.  I told my Parents to act as normal, not to say anything, etc as this will escalate the situation.Well, we got a call at dinner and Jessica said she was from the same company mentioned on this site.  I told her "sorry, I'm not interested" and ***g up on her.  We received another call about 45 minutes ago.THIS has made me angry enough to report them to both the Ca***ian and American division of the BBB.  I'm also seriously thinking of filing a Police report. I'm in agreement with others.  This has gone on long enough.  So****ing needs to be done.

I am receiving calls here also and checked their website. Cool calculators, if they're correct. The contract [aka terms and conditions]looks sketchy tough.  Sounds like they copied and pasted from some manufacturer's contract.  I am troubled by the above references to their ignorance of the Do Not Call List.  They are expected to follow the rules from the ctrc. At present we can make them add our name to their corporate DNC list and perhaps have some recourse through the Federal Trade Commission if they don't honour it (after 31 days). I think the best course of action is through the US FTC.  According to this link https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/faqs-eng#tq_link02 we may not have much support here in Ca***a with a foreign company.I did notice so****ing funny about the addresses for the two below companies even though they are both called "Accelerated Savings"Accelerated Savings 1220 east prospect in FlWorld Class Savings 810 N appolo Blvd  in Fl What kind of company needs two names and uses two different offices. I recieved several phone calls in Toronto, Ont. When they asked me to give my credit info I demanded more info about Who is Accelerated Savings. They offered in a rude manner that they will get my back manager on the phone and 3 of us can discuss a possibility of lower interest rate. Also, they were saying today is the last day and last chance for me to improve my credit rating through lowering the interest rate. So....when I said I need to consult my bank and have some time for consideration - the person Ryan just ****ed up on me. My dear Ca***a Trust Bank has no idea who they are and the bank also refuses to talk to me. So much for 9 years of being their customer,,,,now I am in the hands of scammers:))

Constant calls from Florida nos. 321-735-9688, 321-735-9690, 321-735-9692.  Occasionally goes through voicemail if they're automatic dialing and happen to connect with my number; otherwise, no one there.  I don't answer, but very irritating as happens mostly in late afternoon or early evening.

I'm here in St.John's NL and I have been getting calls from this number for the past two or three weeks at least twice a day.

I am in St. John's, Newfoundland as well, and this number showed up on my phone this evening. I just don't answer any calls where I don't recognize the phone number calling. They can call day and night or until***** freezes over. Oh me nerves! :-)

I have had it with these calls Its time to s**** a class action lawsuit for harrassment !!! 4 times I have pressed 1 and asked politely to be removed from thier calling list, 4 times they have ***g up on me.... no more mister nice guy, everyone this is thier toll free number, payback time!!!! please write down this number and call whenever you think of it!!! They keep calling, even after I press "1" and tell them to stop bothering me then that person always ****s up on me immediately. These calls at least once, sometimes twice a day for the last several weeks. This is absolute harrassment.

Another scam.  If its not from Montreal its from Florida.  I just  love it when they quote Scripture   SCAM SCAM SCAM.  I know scripture and they can put 2 Timothy 3:2 in their pipe and smoke it.

Daily calls from this number going on 3 weeks now.  90% of the time they call while we're out.  Occasionally goes through to voice mail.  SO count this as a form of harassment.  Don't know who it is.

a google search turned this up. don't know if it is the company but the phone number on call display is the same 321-735-9688 calls from multiple numbers with recorded message saying last chance to lower interest rates. automated call asking to lower interest rates from florida. they use several numbers. had the same call from another number 3 days ago. just block their number to get rid of them. they won't stop calling if you ask to be removed from list.
