This is an outgoing line used by the Orlando Health (formerly ORMC) network of hospitals.  It may be a call from a patient or staff at any of the hospitals in their network.  It is an outgoing line only so attempts to call back will result in a busy signal.  It is possible that patients are misdialing friends and family and do not know the number they are calling from.

Yeah, i just received a call from this number. It was a woman who said that my dad's insurance number was entered incorrectly when he had lung surgery...which was back in 2003. I wonder why they would call for it just now?!
