I have received an offer as well, trying to research Mary Jones...  So Millestn - Now that you are almost a year into the contract do you have an update on how it's going?  Did you hire an real estate attorney?

When I was deciding whether or not to take the offer I didn't see a whole lot of stuff out there, so I thought I'd help out by throwing a reference out there. Mary didn't ask me to, but things are going really well, so I hope this helps by passing on a good word.I had my house for sale on my own and advertised in a couple of places. Mary gave me a call and asked me about my home a little bit, and then she made me an offer. I asked for more info, which she freely gave and I looked it all over. She has been very polite, professional and kind through the whole process. She followed up, but never ever pressured me. She let me look at a contract and then it progressed from there.We have been in contract for 7 months and things are going good. I look forward to selling her the house and feel good about being able to help someone esle to be able to have a home of their own.So all in all, I give a good reference and would recommend at lease taking a look at the offer that she gives if she offers to make you one. Received a call from Mary 04/30/2010 also asking about a home we have for sale by owner.  She was requesting our e-mail address claiming she is an investor and she wanted to EMAIL Us an offer.  She had no questions about the house just that she wanted to make an offer.  She called us back today and said that she didn't get our email correct.  I said give me your number and I will call you back.  The phone # is busy all the time.  I really can't figure out what her angle is.

Called asking about a home we have for sale.  Caller said she was Mary with MJ Projects and wanted to send us a proposal.  Asked for our e-mail address.  We have not received any proposals.
