This number is being used for a scam. To some, the fraudster poses as "Mr Terry Downes, from NCBA Bank Nairobi Kenya," while to others the owner is "Mr Guillermo Gonza*** from Texas," someone who is going to "help you" get funds out of said bank. The fraudster made a critical error when he/she accidentally used this number as Terry and then, about a year later, used it as Guillermo. A few of my****ociates were taken in by the scam because the fraudster kept the personalities distinct and used different numbers for each . . . but failed to do so with me.
