She has blocked this number, but continues to receive calls from the same area code.

Tried to make me believe I had been cheated out of a prize by a dishonest sweepstakes I didn't enter. ***g up when I told him I didn't believe him. Originated from ***tington Park, CA, which is a relatively low-income area with no government agencies located there.
