I DO NOT answer calls from unknown numbers or names, but I keep a record of Caller ID info: name or unknown name, number, date, time== No message left, so I****ume it's a Scam. If they call a***n, I Block. (WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! PHONE COMPANIES NEED TO DO SO****ING TO PREVENT THIS!!!)

My caller ID does not say Heritage Foundation. It says Heritage. That could be anyone. Heritage Foundation is in Washington DC, not California.

Take our name off your list. We get call all hours and are sick of it.

got call 02-12-2011 from 323 330 1426 our answer ma****e picked up they ***g up -.our caller i.d. had the name heritage on it and this number we dont know who they are or why they called our number this is first time they called our number as far as we know.

Number has been calling once or twice a day; ****s up as soon as voicemail answers and sometimes even before that.  I answered once and there was no one on the line.

I want them to stop hounding me. I don't owe this ****** Heritage money. Why don't they leave people along. Life is stressful enough. There is plenty of things that people have to worry about without en***ies calling us every single day - just to disturb.

Heritage Foundation.  My number is on the "Do Not Call" list (which is a national joke, incidentally), and this organization has been told not to call me, but it persists in doing so.  Notifying the FTC is a waste of time, because it does nothing.  The best way to stop these calls is to block the number(s).

Had several calls from this number. They let the call go to voice mail but they do no leave a message. I am getting sick and tired of these calls. There has to be a way to stop them.

My number is registered with the do not call numbers. Unknown name shows up on caller ID. When the phone is answered there is no one on the line. I suspect this is an automatic dialer.

Almost daily unwanted calls

Calls all hours of the day and night. no one is there so I stopped answering the phone!

Calls me 3 to 4 times a day

They call all the time, and **** up when I answer.  I called them back - they are the "Heritage Foundation", a Conservative Organization.  The girl I spoke with said that I might have heard of them on Sean Hannity or Rush Limbaugh.  I told her there was a better chance that Creationist Theory is true.  I asked that they take my number off, and the girl quickly said it would be removed, and ***g up.  We'll see...But you do get a live person - unfortunately, as they are a "political"****ociation, I'm not sure if the Do Not Call Registry applies to them.  If they bother you enough, get groups organized on reddit, digg, or facebook, and give them the same treatment they give you.  Why be scared to answer your own phone?

I got this call today. Called id shows 'unknown name.' When I receive this type of call, I do not answer. They didn't leave a message.

I have to seek legal advice because this number calls me almost 30 times in a day, across my home phone, cellphone and even my place of work. No-one is there when I answer, and they never leave messages. I hope w***ver is doing this is proud that they are harassing me.

They have been calling for about a month now.  They like to call at 8:50PM. Never leaving a message.  I am on the do not call list.

S****ed calling me on home phone.  Probably been calling on my computer line too.Filed complaint with National Do Not Call.Folks this works.  File complaint with National Do Not Call.
