****ed off of them. People's garbage, nothing else

This number called 8 times Sunday 9/19/2010! I have already did a complaint on them and ya'll haven't done anything to these people. I do not want telemarketers-debt collectors-etc.. calling me from this number are any other s****ing number! I have asked you nicely and if this is a bogus site then I will have to report you!

Calls more than 5 times a day! I have a unlisted # and I don't want telemarketers calling me!

At least 10 calls per day on my cell phone. STOP THEM!

Somehow these people have my cell number. It is always NCO using different numbers. When I block one number they call using a new one. 10-15 calls per day

When the woman called it was actually for my husband who was on military orders and could not be reached. I have a POA but she would not communicate with me at all. She would not even tell me what company she was with, and like a smart-a** she just kept telling me her name and said that she told me who she was. I had to do some research to find out who it was. She was extremely rude and kept interrupting me and kept asking me if this was a good number for my husband. I guess they don't want their money.

usually not even the correct person. Get calls from them for a person I've never even heard of. You will never get taken off the list so I just have some fun and ***** with them every chance I get.

hey people you are all wrong. The phone calls you receive are from people that steal iden***y. I learned the hard way. Please don't answer these calls or c****e your phone number. Also it my help if you call Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint.

They continuously call us for a deceased relatives debt. They don't stop, even after being told repeatedly that the person is deceased AND NEVER LIVED HERE!

Leslie... You don't have to owe them anything for them to call you. I have no balance to pay I have been caught up for 4months, and have not used my credit card and they still call. One time when I used my card they called me on the the 10th for $10 which was not due until the 28th! So Leslie, it is not always about paying them and being done with it, it's just the simple fact this NCO loves to call for the***** of it.

Just wait till you get the call from the guy who leaves you nasty messages saying he's going to forward your 23 page report to the higher ups. He wouldn't say who they happen to be though... I'll await their call.

leslie why don't you pay them for everyone else since you seem to like paying people you do not owe. No one being called by NCO owes them anything. People  If you pay them your ****** . They buy debt from capital none for 10% . Then they illegaly call and try to collect . Ask them to prove in court you owe anything . Remeber Plantif has the burden of proof .

They are non english speaking people who don't listen.  And with the way life & the stock market is people make real life decisions.  Get a life leslie and try to look at it from someone elses point of view.

NCO Collections/Capital OneCall them & **** up on them a few ***dred times;  They get ****ed off.  Every 10th call tell them to take your number off the list. I also fax them the same message ***dreds of times and make them waste their paper.Fax 215-441-2127

I got a call from this number at 815am and a***n at 944am and i answered and noone was there. I would like to know who this is.

Constant calls ALL DAY LONG!!!  They never leave a message and by the time I can pick it up they have already ***g up.

I get the same calls all day and most of the evening hours. I think it's harassment by some business.

These people call me Day & night on my Cell--thing about it, always same recording when I call it back, with the SAME womans voice.. or I get a recording saying it is no longer In Service...
