Received a few texts from them trying to bait me with my name. "I'm looking for **** is this the right number?" I didn't reply and they sent another and then another saying who they were and if I wasn't ****, to respond back. ????
Claimed I owed a 21 year old car note that wasn’t fully covered on trade in value with interest and penalties. Papers would be served and wages garnished if 7856.00 wasn’t paid today but would settle for 4000
The spammer sounded like an older black woman and said someone would put a lien a***nst our home for a debt I didn't recognize that was closed in 2010. They said that someone would be serving a subpoena today and said I could make payments through https://emplegalgroup.com/. The number and the website are spam.
Wendy Morgan called saying that I would go to court for not paying a credit card that I had from 2005 until 2011 and in orer to settle it I should pay over the phone with my credit card $3900 so they would forget the case.
