Fake rental adverti*****t and just wants to collect $50 for application fee.

Pretends to be a Landlord. Wants $50 up front for application. As soon as he said this o knew it was a scam. Also, property was listed on FB and was too cheap for the location. I called him out and he replied wanting to meet at the property. I looked up this number and found this info. I think he might be dangerous from his reply. Stay away !!!!!!

This person claimed they were a landlord asked me to pay a $50 fee for an application fee for a home then I asked for my money back and they sent threat messages threatening my life

Person tried to get me to post things on FB and Instagram on his behalf claiming he was a realtor. But then s****ed asking me personal questions.
