Deep voiced male. Phony scammer claiming to represent disabled American veterans. This is a scam. Not properly registered with IRS as a charity or any other appropriate organization I could find.

I answered cuz I have friends in LA and I recently lost my contacts. Otherwise I wouldn't have answered. The other end ***g up, disconnected after I said "hello".

Called at 8:15 this morning. The man identified himself as calling on behalf of the US Veterans'****istance Program.

This is second time this number called but no one at the other end
