Yes, its the Home Design Center.  I got the call saying I had requested work from them a year before - never heard of them in my life - and did I want any work done this year.  I looked them up and called the 800 number in Los Angeles and the call went to their recorded message, and sure enough, its the voice of the woman who called me at 8:30am 3/1/2011.  Sounds older New Jerseyish.  Probably not a phishing call, just cold calling from some phone list.

home design center.  i recommend that you not do business with people who act unlawfully by calling people on the do not call list.
