This is a robo call scamming operation. You will almost think your talking to a real person. Just say NO and **** up. Block if you can because now they know your number is a live answer number.

No voice mail and when I called back it was a quick busy signal. Sure sign of no good.

I'm on the no call list. I'm saving the number and if they call back, I'm going to report it.

I picked up, someone asked "Is Edwin there?" I did not respond and just ***g up. Blocked the number on my iPhone.

The caller asked for me by my first name. When I said "yes", the caller waited and asked a***n "exactly" the same way. They must have recorded my saying "yes" similar to the "Can you hear me?" scam.

Called twice in 1 hour. Always busy when I call back. Blocked it.
