Leave a CommentI’m from Ontario, Ca***a. I get telemarketing calls all the time at work and I always just ask if I can take a message and they usually say no and **** up. The call I received today came up on my call display as Unknown Number. When I answered they asked who they were speaking to and this usually means a telemarketer is calling so I just said “reception”. They asked for the person in charge of HR (a***n, another indication that it’s a cold call or telemarketer is any time it begins with “can I speak to the person in charge of…”) so I asked who was calling. They said “Paul Martin from Supply Maintenance”. This isn’t a company name that I’m familiar with so I asked if I could take a message. The person angrily said “you’re not going to put me through to someone??” I asked what the call was regarding and they said “I’M SICK OF THE QUESTIONS, NOW PUT ME THROUGH!” I hesitated and said “ooook” and the person very rudely repeated what I said in an extremely mocking tone. So I put them on hold just to make sure no one was familiar with this company and might actually want to talk to the **** (and maybe yell at them for being so rude to me). The HR person didn’t know them so I just left them on hold for a few minutes and eventually he ***g up. This call was the second rudest call I’ve ever gotten and thats pretty rude considering I worked at an inbound call centre for four years where ******s regularly called in. If anyone from this Supply Maintenance company ever calls you – don’t let them bully you into putting them through to someone and don’t give them any names or other information about your company.
Another phone number used by them is 323 468 9400
This "company" will cold call to obtain the name of a company employee and then state that this person placed an order with them. I received an invoice with an unauthorized purchaser's name which immediately threw up a red flag. The same day a Laurie from Supply Maintenance calls to verify that I received the invoice and what our payment terms are.I immediately responded that we will not be paying for so****ing we didn't order. She tried to state that so and so from my company ordered the product. I asked her for the Purchase order number that was issued to her and she s****ed to back peddle with some bogus excuse. This company is preying on payables departments that do not scrutinize their invoicing. Be aware. I am reporting them to the BBB.
This Company is a fraud. They send out fake invoices and hope AP pays them.
They call and say they need the number of off your copier and someone that answered thought theywere our lease company. Then today I received an invoice for $1,255.90 for 2 toner's, that we didn't order and of course never received. I called to tell them I didn't order them and do not want them but had to leave my number on voice mail.. Of course they didn't call back so I called them backand told them I wanted to pay with a credit card.. so they called me right back..then I blasted themabout being con's.
This Company is a major rip off artist. They lie, cheat and steal. They will call your office and get someones name and then send you an invoice saying that yhey shipped you a product, which costs you 2-5 times as much as it should. They have tried this with us several times. Most of the time we don't even receive the product. I can't believe they haven't been put in jail yet.
This is a bogus co.
I received a call from this company at the beginning of August. A guy called to verify our printer and I never thought anything of it. About a week later, I received a call from Rick verifying my order because he was ready to ship it. I told him I never ordered anything from them and I don't plan on it. He said, "Oh, there must have been some kind of miss - communication," then he ***g up very quickly. Yes****ay morning, I received an invoice from them for $1,255.90. Surprisingly I received a call from Katie yes****ay afternoon asking for the payment status. I chuckled at her and told her we just received the invoice but we never ordered the toner and never received it. She sounded very nervous and confused and said she would look into it. I told her we were not interested in any of their products and would not pay. She then ***g up very quickly. I find it to be pathetic that people can do this as a living!
Never received a phone call from these people personally. However they somehow got the name of one of our Customer Service employees and our A/P lady. They tried to charge us $579.00 for a $22.00 fax cartridge which we never even received. As mentioned above, they do not answer the phone and the greeting is "Customer Service" with no company name. I am reporting them to the Attorney General's office as these types of scammers sicken me.
We received a call from Supply Maintenance Inc to provide pricing for our printer cartridges and toner. They provided pricing (verbally over the phone) for one of the toners that we use in our office. They were not even compe***ive. I told them I was not interested and ***g up. About 1 1/2 months later, we received an Invoice from them in the amount of $1,323.02 for two Sharp ARm 277 copy toner that we never ordered or received. Our corporate office received a phone call asking when the invoice would be paid. Our corporate office told them that we never ordered from them and they are to cancel the order and invoice. We will file a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney State General's Office of CA about this scam company.
We received an invoice from this company as Supply Maintenance Inc.for 1323.02 for toner we never ordered from them. The number I have is 323-468-9400. I called and left a message at each number on this site for them as well as the one on my invoice and only got a message ma****e.
The name of the company that was left on my voice mail was "Ameristar" but the number is the same for the Supply Maintenance which is 323-468-9161. When I called them back, I received Kathy's voice mail. I left a message for Kathy inquiring if they were going by Ameristar this week or Supply Maintenance and I just wanted to be sure of the company name before I called the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully, they will not call our office a***n but if they do, thanks for the heads up.
We recieved an invoice from Supply Maintenance for $1255.90 for HP copy toner. They also are using another number different from the ones listed above, this number is (323) 468-9400. Obviously this has happened to several other people, aside from reporting them to Better Business bureau what actions a***nst them were taken. Also if the invoice is not paid because I will NOT be sending any type of payment to them what happens? Any feedback would be helpful! Thanks!!
Just an FYI: Supply Maintenance Inc, has 2 numbers. This one: 323-468-9100 and 323-468-9161. The 9161 number is the supposed "accounts receivable" department, and "Tom Adams" usually answers. The 9100 number is the supposed "customer service" department. IF you call and they don't answer the voice mail says "you have reached customer services" or "you have reached accounts payable" The never say the name of the company. I hate scammers, so we did a little investigating. The location they give on the top of the invoice is actually a Mexican restaurant. When I called to complain about the invoice which was for HP toner for computer equipment we don't even have, I got transfered from person to person, and got many different stories. Tom said they were a small company and that Laurie from Customer Service was taking care of our problem. He said he couldnt transfer me, so I would have to call. I called, the girl who picked up said "who" when I asked for Laurie. Followed by a "oh um, she is busy" I just hounded her with questions and she got very nervous and asked if I wanted to talk to someone else. The other woman I talked to "Kelly" lied through her teeth. I could hear people running up and down stairs, and lots of whispering. When I asked why they don't have a website, She proceeded to tell me they were a new company and to look for a website in April. A few moments later she then proceeded to tell me that the particular order we were being billed for was orderd last May. Hmm, thought they were a new company? Tom told me they were a small company in one Suite type building. Kelly told me they have locations all over. When I asked for an e mail address for her, so I could let them know if I received future invoices, I heard her whisper "quick what is our e mail address" supposedly it is [email protected] your company gets an invoice, call immediately and threaten legal action. When we did that, they back peddled SO bad, and it was taken care of. I did call HP and reported them as well, because for some reason they are trying to sell HP products. All of the people I talked to at Supply Maintenace were Tom Adams, Kelly, and Katie. Katie told me she is in charge of Customer Service, and soon after that when she got frustrated with my questions she told me she didn't know the answer because she was in charge of accounts receivable. I spent a good hour on the phone with them, and let me tell you, it was good comic relief for the day. Don't fall for it. They are so phony it's hilarious. To top it off, we did a little research to see how much the toner that we were being charge for actually costs...it was like $56.80 or so****ing like that. They billed us for $627.90. The funny thing is is HP DJ 952 C Copy Toner, Item # HPC6578DN is for a discontinued printer. I mean seriously...if you are going to lie at least be good about it. These people are a pathetic joke!
yeah, a tom from supply maintenance keeps calling about a past due invoice. he calls every single day. yeah the invoice is for 2 HPC8765WN hewlett packard office jet 7410 copy toner - unit price per item $598.00 - total of $1,255.90 with tax. can you believe it? report them please. i am not going to pay. the guy tom sounds nice but he calls you every single day. warning. ignore his call unfortunately, his number doesn't show up on caller id at work.
Company calls and pretends that they are your supply company and asks to verify what type of copy equipment you have. They call and pretend they are your print supply company hoping that you don't know any better as they do act as though they know what they are talking about. They also told me the price but not to worry about it because we are contracted so there is no charge. Then they ship you toner at ridiculous markups. For instance, I found the supply they sent me for $57.00, they charged me 598.00. They sent me 5 for a total of 3,139.50!!!!, what toner is that much, come on, even if I did want to keep it i could find it for a tenth of what they are billing... Stay far away from these people, they are phonies for sure.
The exact same thing happened to me. The company called and spoke with one of my employees to verify the printer type that we use. She did not think anything about it. This morning two toners arrived via ups. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
Correction, their name is properly spelled: Supply Maintenance Inc.
They are a supply company who uses unethical practices to ***n customers. They called one of our techs and lied that they were our regular supplier. They then shipped us a single cartridge and signed us up for a monthly plan that consisted of 6 cartridges a month. We probably need one every 2 months.I canceled everything and demanded they take back the cartridge. As explained by the previous poster, the ******* the phone sounded very nervous and kept trying to get me off the phone. She could provide me with no details about our order, who placed it, who took it, she also couldn't transfer me to their order department nor give me the contact info of any one there.BECAREFUL - JUST SAY NO TO Supply Maintenence Inc.
Just an FYI this is a bogus supply company. They call themselves Supply Maintenence Inc. When I questioned them, the girl I spoke with got very nervous and ***g up. They also have another number, which someone has complained about...323.468.9100Be cautions of this company
