I texted the number, (323) 472-***7, believing that it belonged to a friend. It turns out that I had the wrong number. The owner of that number texted back, even though it was obvious i had the wrong person. He/she cleverly disguised himself/herself with generic messages so I couldn't tell I had the wrong person. I had emailed my friend but did not hear from him. I mentioned that in my text to the impersonator. He/she texted back that I had the wrong email address and even gave me a new email address. CREEPY! Eventually, my friend did respond and that's how I learned that I had been communicating with a CREEP. I unknowingly made a lunch appointment with the CREEP for a restaurant in Laguna Beach. Yeah, some low-life Mexican living in mid-town LA will drive to Laguna Beach for lunch? This is very CREEPY.
