They'd been calling my phone for about a week straight and the same thing with the accent and horrid background noise. i could not understand what he was saying so i ***g up. he called back and was very rude asking me why did I **** up in his face (the only thing I could understand). He kept asking for the owner of my phone. I acted like I didnt know the woman he was looking for but he knew my 1st and last name! there were a couple other numbers he called from but this 323# is the one left on my voicemail along with threatening messages. Caterrell im totally with you. email me @ [email protected] Mr Linke, i would also like to press charges.

These idiots threatened my kids!  These third-world trolls called my cell from a "private number".  Well my hours have been cut like everyone else but I am greatful to still have a job, and so I press on.  Anyway.  They gave the whole schpeal about me needing to contact them or have my attorney contact them yada yada yada, and then the last thing the **** said was if I hesitated to call him back he was going to see me on the courthouse steps and good luck with my kids.  What the*****?  Even if it was a valid debt collector, which it's NOT, btw, they should never have overstepped that line.  Even if it was just a phishing phone call.  To***** with this third world faction.  I found out their provider.  I'm complaining to the FTC, the BBB, MCI (their carrier), and then I am writing my complaints to Arnold Schwarzenegger because here is a shocker...they are based in LA.  Anyone with me?

I had the exact same thing happen to me!!! I have gotten 2 messages from this number from a guy with a very think accent that i couldnt hardly understand. they threatened me by saying if myself or my lawyer didn't call back then i am accepting any legal action by the courts a***nst me.  i tried to call the number back and i would even ring.....doesn't seem right....

I received a very threating phone call from this phone number, voice messages and emails from w***ver these people are. I am looking into pressing charges if I can.

I received the same type of call from a "Charles Green" from the same number.  He left threats on my work phone and cell phone saying that if I did not call them back right away then he would feel sorry for me and good luck!!  I called the number back, after it rang like 30 times someone name "Jeff" answered the phone (thick accent and horrible background noise), the call would keep getting placed on hold and then someone would return back to the line, I asked who they were representing and they said they could not tell me unless I provided them with my phone number and then the call was dropped all together. When they called my cell phone yes****ay the call showed up as a "local" call, not sure who these people are or what game they are playing but I hope they get caught!

Got the same kind of call (guy with a thick accent), said i owed money from a payday loan. They said i owed over $4000 but would settle for $700. They said the police would be at my house to arrest me. I asked for more information, like the name and number of the creditor i supposedly owed. They gave me the following number 323-844-9135. I called  and they sounded like they same people, i told them i was going to report it to the police department as a scam and they ***g up on me.

I received a call from this number at work and two messages on my home phone.  Could not understand what they were saying because of a very thickaccent.  What I could make out that I had a legal suit a***nst me from cashnetand that I would be arrested tomorrow morning at 11:00 a.m. I advised them I did not receive any court papers on whatever they are talking about.  I asked them to forward legal do***ents and they ***g up.

I received this call to my work place and home phone this morning threatening that I was being sued.  I called the number back and they just kept me holding in order to provide me with details of the suit.The message indicated it was Donald Roger and when I called back there was a Cotch Johnson whom answered.  Needless, to say they had a thick accent and the background noise sounded like a botch operation.
