I paid this company to provide computer maintenance and add some additional security features. I thought everything was good until my computer got so infected with viruses that it shut itself down. I hired another company to correct and clean up. They told me the product that had been installed was not for security and had not prevented anything from infecting my computer. After that software had been uninstalled they s****ed calling me to find out why. I told them it had not prevented anything from infecting my computer. They insisted it had. I told them never mind, I had another company that was taking care of my computer and my security software and did not need them any longer. They kept calling and calling. They were rude and most of them barely spoke english so they were extremely difficult to understand. I spoke to supervisor and he told me no one would call me anymore from this company but the calls continue only they **** up when I answer.
