wife says number calling all the time; I pick up, ask for wife by name and when I ask yes, who is calling, ****s up.

They call and **** up.
I have received several calls from this phone number. Caller ID shows CTI or Los Angeles, CA. No one speaks when I answer. They have called as late as 8;57 pm.
Ask to speak to their manager - they **** up fast.
ALWAYS CALLING SOMETIMES 2 OR 3 TIMES PER DAY. MOST OF THE TIME THERE IS ***ODY THERE AND THEN THEY **** UP ON YOU AFTER YOU CLIMB OUT FROM UNDER THE CAR, WIPE THE GREASE OFF OF YOUR HANDS, ONLY TO FIND OUT THESE HARASSING CALLS ARE FOR NOTHING. THEN THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE CALLING BECAUSE YOU INQUIRED ABOUT SOME INVESTMENTS THEY HAD TO OFFER WHICH IS A BALD-FACED LIE.
