if its not an investment firm, it may be a collection office or school loans perhaps.  I am not sure but always get calls for a relatives outstanding loans no matter how many times i tell them i have no intention of paying someone elses bills.  What a bunch of idiots.

These people are just trying to get you to invest in the stock market, that's all. They are trying to make money, like all of us.

who is CTI? They call me daily,(very annoying), from California; they use several different phone #. When I pick up there is no response. Who are they? Why are they calling me? From California....I am in Florida.
