They have been harassing me for an unpaid Capital One account. I never had a Capital One account. They have threatened me and now they claim I committed fraud.

Called me said they were lawyers offices and that I owed money for a payday loan from the 2012 in that they were gonna charge me $8000 for it. But if I paid them $2000 with my credit cards on phone?
