I ordered s***s from a company called comfy London got message from this number confirming order weeks ago . I sent several emails response was package on its way . It has now been almost a month

S****** ****, order has been shipped. Left voicemail, sent msgs, no reply, no refund, no product.

My order is out for delivery

Order keychain with whistle and mace. Text said thank you for your purchase and would notify when shipped. Never received purchase and website has disappeared.

Said ordered was paid for, will update when shipped. A couple weeks later they cancelled the order and said they issued a refund. Refund never happened. Number doesn't work to call or text.

I received a text telling me thank you for your purchase will notify me when shipped. They never sent me my order and I can't reach them on any email address they had or phone
