I answered a craigslist ad claiming to be selling a TV via text message. I used my husband's personal phone to send the message asking about the condition and if they would take $50 less. In the ad they wrote "text only". My husband is in Europe for 4 months. I got text back on his phone saying he tried to solicit a ********** Dom another phone number. Mi tried to call number and it didn't connect. This illegal site needs to be shutdown. My husband now has a profile on this site exposingjohns.com because I tried to buy a TV. Kevin are you still around? I just heard a story that a guy names Kevin ****ed himself because Google wouldn't address a blackmail issue that caused him the loss of his fiancée and job? The guy **** himself! Is this the same? What has google to say for themselves? Are they making money off this?

This number posted an ad on Backpage claiming to be selling a DVD player and said to text the number to find out how much. I responded by text, how much for DVD player? I got a response back- you have attempted to solicit a **********. A day later I got another text saying I was now posted on www.exposingjohns.com and my name, photo and a portion of my text message "how much" showing in part showing phone. They ask for $400 to have site removed. I can't afford this. Now it shows up on Google search and my fiancée has seen it and left me. I have now been fired. The website is run out of India and I am told by both American and Indian attorneys there is nothing I can do other then pay. The DVD was going to be for my fiancé since her's broke. Now I just want to put a gun in my mouth. Thanks Exposingjohns.com. Your blackmail illegal website ruined my life!

SAME STORY..... THEY CONTACTED ME VIA TEXT MESSAGE AND ARE TRYING TO EXTORT MONEY TO REMOVE MY NAME. AFTER I SENT A FEW ANGRY EMAILS TO THEM THE POSTED MY MOTHERS NAME WITH RUDE COMMENTS ABOUT HOW PROUD SHE MUST BE. ***KING INDIAN SEWER RATS CANT FIND A BETTER WAY TO FEED THEIR FAMILIES??

They sent me a text message trying to extort money from me to delete a bogus profile off of www.exposingjohns.com. They even went so far as to steal a photo from my Facebook account and post it. The problem is that my minor daughter is in the photo and they are suggesting that she is a **********.
