Called back..number was busy,Call is from califonia

I received this call twice on my cell phone. Message was that of women voice said if dont want to receive any more calls they would put on do not call list. Never explaining what company they are calling on behalf of.

Leaves this message everytime, "...or press 2 to be put on our do not call list." That's all it ever says. I WILL NOT press 2. This may be some scam . Calls frequently.

When you call back it says call can not be completed as dialed. It's a Robo!

I'm marking as a Spam...My cell phone system now offers a ****on for "Screening"...Yippy... It tells caller that I'm screening and to give their and what call is regarding, at which time I can pick up if known caller (maybe friend who c****ed their phone number, etc); however, this number just ***g up and left no message.

I'm in N.J. and know no one in California. What type of call do you think this was?
