05/21/2014, approx 6:12 pm, Suspect calling from that number stated their service could reduce the phone bill by 30%. When caller requested personal information from complainant, she refused to give the caller any identifying information. The caller demanded to speak to a manager, the complainant stated she was the manager and would not give him the information requested. This enraged the caller and he threatened to send her a **** in the mail, then ***g up. A police report was made.
