Arrest warrant from SSA. Ripped off scam.

SCAM Caller identified himself as David West. Called me by name and said he was returning my call from 19 days before. This number is a scam selling (too good to be true deals) real estate in upscale areas of Los Angeles, CA Said he was a successful Architect/owner of his own construction company "Wes Construction, in Palms, CA. Said he had a wealthy friend name George Alexander who was terminally ill and would die within the year; selling 48 properties, houses, condo, apartment buildings; but would only sell 2 properties to each person to keep greedy people from getting all, and sent me a picture of him. The he Referenced a respected local businessman. I called that person and sent the picture he'd sent and the Realtor did not know him.
