this number has called my phone almost daily, never leaves a message, stays on the phone just long enough so I get a blank message every time?

I got my phone numbers switched. The above info was for phone number 308-201-5456. The info for phone number 323-606-7101 is as follows. I received 1 call on 3/3/11, 3 on 3/4/11 and 1 on 3/5/11. All had a user ID of Unknown Name.

I have received the following three calls with a caller ID of "Ericson    Ne" from this number: 8/16/10 answered - was a construction co - asked them to stop calling. 11/22/10 did not answer - no message; 03/07/11 carpet cleaning recording - pressed 1 - asked them to stop calling.

This number has called us several times over the past 2 weeks.  Caller ID said Los Angeles.  Answered today.  Said they were Consumer Reports.  I said we were on the "Do not call list' and they said that they have a previous "relationship".  Wanted my wife, but they ***g up when she answered.  We get the magazine and have contributed to their fund drives, so I****ume they wanted more money.

Caller keeps calling from automated equipment when answered it is a **** up. It has occured for the last 10 days... same time every day.

calls almost every day never leaves a message and of course caller ID is unknown, isn't that illegal for companies.....if it is in fact a company??

Continuously calls and leaves no message.
