They have called me several times today and scared the **** out of me too. When I began asking for them to send me a bill in the mail because I would not give out my bank info on the phone they became to talk very fast. They refused to mail me anything and would not give me and address of let me speak to a supervisor. They also told me that I will be going to jail tomorrow for 6 months and I should pray to God for help if I didn't pay up today. They gave me a false name for the payday loan company I "owe" money to. And like others the amount I took the loan out for was $400. What a crock of ****.

I received a call today at my work, but I was with a customer and they leave a message the caller was John Watson with the phone number 323-617-4678, I was about to return the call but after reading this messages I'm going to wait and see if they call a***n so I can tell them what Me says that I'm an officer and see if they stop because they call me like 4 months ago and the thing is that they call me at work and at home, all I want is to stop them harrasing me everywhere.

The same thing happen to me yes****ay, I felt like I was being threatened and they were very unprofessional. Did they quote your soc security number and address to you as well? Thats what bothered me. Did they ever call you back? was there any legal action taken tus far?

ITS A SCAM FROM PEOPLE CLAIMING TO BE OFFICERS, LAWYERS AND FEDERAL AGENTS FOR ANDERSON LAW****OCIATES BASED IN NEW YORK WITH CALIFORNIA NUMBERS.  I GOT OVER A DOZEN PHONE CALLS STATING THAT ITS A SERIOUS MATTER AND DONT DISREGARD THIS MESSAGE BECAUSE I HAVE 3 FELONY CRIMINAL CHARGES A***NST ME AND I OWE $5,484,87 TO THEM FOR CHECK FRAUD AND A PAY DAY LOAN. THEY SAY 2 PEOPLES NAMES AS REFERENCES AND I HAVE NO CLUE WHO THEY ARE, THEY DO KNOW  MY NAME, SSI NUMBER, AND OLD BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER. THEY ARE PEOPLE WITH VERY VERY HEAVY INDIAN ACCENTS AND THEY DONT KNOW **** ABOUT THE UNITED STATES LEGAL SYSTEM. DO NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING!! NO CREDIT CARD NUMBERS OR ANYTHING.. ITS A SCAM AND ALL I ASK YOU TO DO IS REPORT IT!!! ITS HARRASSMENT AND IT MUST STOP!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got a call from this company as well. This time it was a female and then a male. Both had accents that sounded like they were from India. They said the same thing about me and a payday loan. Told me all kinds of information about me and freaked me out but I didn't believe them. I'm glad I did not let them scare me into making a payment of any sort. I hope they call me back so I can tell them that I know they are not a real company.

Yes the same number called me at work. They get your info thru payday loans application that you have sent thru online. They are so ******, I ask them for the reason of their call and they said that I am being suid. For what? They were like oh my goodness yeah this is a serious matter and that it needs to be taken care of. So I ask, what company file this a***nst me? They couldn't even tell me that! They said that I did so****ing fraudulant and wrote out bad checks. Then said that I provided them with dalse information! They don't even know what they are talking about! I flipped it to them and said that I can sue them for gathering false info from me and trying to collect money from me with false info. I also told them that they can't sue me for so****ing that I never even receive money for!

When they call you, just tell them that you are Officer Smith or Officer Blake....etc with your local police department and you are investigating this call. Ask them where they are from and that the phone call they make to your phone is tracked. For example when they call say: I am Officer Smith with the Beverly Hills police department. The owner of this phone has surrendered this phone due to harrasment call. This call is being recorded and tracked. What is your name?  Where is your office location? We will be contacting the police department at your location. I guarantee they will **** up and won't harras you any longer :) Everytime they call, do the same thing. I called them back and I asked them what their company name is and their location, they said - we do not want to be listed in the yellow page thank you and ***g up LOL....

iv called them alll day bs-ing them they keep cussing me out and i keep cussing them out.. they begged me not to call them back no more.. if they call you harrassh them. its pretty funny cause they keep c****ing the story they played yankee doodle oen time when i called lol... one guy told me.. "i have two words for you.... **** my D*** " funny cause its 3 words lol

These are scammers that say they are a legal firm. They prey on people with history of payday loans etc...please remember your rights-debt collectors can not harass you. Repoert to Federal trade and if needed the police for harrasment. Why do the people think they can offend people to get pymt? Not so smart on their part. I received a phone call from this number 323-617-4678 and they claimed to be Joe Brown and David Walker, although, they have a very thick India accent. They called me saying they are from the Law company stating that I need to pack my bags because I will be going to Jail for six months. They are absolutely rude and incompetent. They would not let me speak and ask where they are calling from. And once I have called from a different number to ask for a Director of the place or****istant manager/supervisor of some sort. They blurted out, "who the***** do you want to speak with?!!" I would like to know who these people are. I want to put them in jail for harrassing me. Apart from all that harrassment, I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING EXCEPT JAIL!

I received a voicemail from a "Sam" who has a very thick indian accent that says it is very time sensitive that I or my attorney return this call and if not all he can do is wish me good luck. Who the heck are these people

They are Indian from the sound of it and extremely rude and unprofessional.  They say they're from some paralegal place but provide ****tered info. I'd like to know sho they really are.
