SPAM/SCAM

Called on my cell. Said he was from Microsoft. Said my computer was "communicating with their computers"! I laughed at him and said, "No it's not!" He persisted and I ***g up. These people are dangerous. The hack into elderly people's computers. They scare them into thinking their computer has a virus and they are the only ones that can fix it. The charge them huge amounts of money on their credit cards and then hijack their files and make them pay money to get the files back, which they never do. It is a scam and a real shame.

Said they were tech support and that my computer has malicious malware, they knew my Dell Service Tag Number. I asked them for a number that I could call back and verify who they are. He gave me a different number from the 323-663-3803,he gave me a toll free number 888-462-4314, No answer, but he called back and ***g up when I told him I look up the phone number and said his company is bogus.

Called here on 1/8/16 at 4:10 C.S.T. from Los Angeles, CA. We do not know any people from this location...caller ID says Unknown name! We are on the Gov. do not call list. Our greeting s****s talking, then a man s****s talking, then ***g up. Tired of these Scammers calling here for 2 years with the same old Computer Scam!

Claimed to work with Microsoft, they are just a scam Tech Support company. Tell them to F___ OFF and **** up.

"Microsoft Support" told me my PC was sending error messages. I told him my PC was broken for 6 weeks. He said my Dell was still operating, and he called me by my first name. SCAMMERS have been saved as Bad Caller in my phone.
