The owner of this number reported finding two lost dogs. The owner of this number asked the dog's owner what ****od of payment she was going to use to pay him to return the dogs.

This person claimed that they found/have my missing cat. When I asked for photo evidence, they claimed their phone camera was not working and then immediately s****ing asking how much they would receive in a reward form. I didn’t offer any reward for my missing cat. Then the person stated that I needed to pay them with an eBay gift card or else they won’t give me my cat that they allegedly have in their possession.
