I'm the real Thomas Kawaii, and I'm not the one making these calls. I'm a victim of iden***y theft. The scammers (likely calling from India) are impersonating California lawyers by using bar numbers and names found in the public records at www.calbar.org and www.calbar.ca.gov. Instead, contact law enforcement in your jurisdiction (police, Sheriff, FBI, District Attorney, Attorney General) and encourage them to investigate by tracing the accounts that the perps want you to send money to. Once these criminals are identified, the U.S. State Department might be persuaded work with the Indian government to have their own law enforcement put a stop to the scam. I will cooperate with any law enforcement agency that wants to investigate and set up a sting. These criminals need to be stopped. I received a call at my job, from a man who stated he was Attorney Thomas Kawaii and I was being sued by plain green loans and that I had charges pressed a***nst me, and that a US Marshall was coming out to my job to arrest me on the next day. Thomas stated that I had options either I could pay the money that I owed plain green loans or that I could go to the legal process and be arrested. Of course, I chose to take the option to pay the money without being prosecuted. Through the direction of Thomas, I went to Cvs pharmacy and purchased 3 money pack cards and sent Thomas a total of $1,145.32. I was then told by Thomas that when I got home to check my email for my receipt and confirmation, when I checked my email there was no receipt. and I called Thomas back and was told that I would get my receipt in 15 minutes, however there was no receipt. I called back 3x's and I got a voicemail stating that it was the legal dept for Thomas Kawaii. I have now found out that this is a scam, because I still owe plain green loans, and I am not behind on my account with them, and they have no clue as to who Thomas Kawaii is. WARNING TO ALL OTHERS IF YOU GET A PHONE CALL FROM THIS MAN, "THOMAS "LYING ***" KAWAII, **** UP THE **** PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they act like a law firm try a horrible scar tatic say stuff about us marshal and s**** impersonatino officers in your home town to try and scare you into sending them money. when just waking up its a horrible way to s**** your day!! i wish loca llaw enforcement officers would SHUT THEM DOWN!!!

So this piece of **** company they have uses two different number 323-786-6152 and 469-737-9513...beware they are scammers trying to get your hard earned money.

This number called my nephews work place threatening to have him arrested if payment is made by such a time within the day.. I called the company and the only info the gave me was watkins and accs. which is also A fake company name because I couldn't find them anywhere on the net. Also they speak with an india voice and give american names such as mike hoppins and other different name they use a big name they use is Anthony Chase...all a scam to get money from people. Total BS there should be so****ing that can be done with this FBI or what have you why do we pay taxes...
