I was randomly chosen to receive $50,000 from a lottery winner and was contacted via text by someone stating they were a FedEx driver wanting me to pay fees in the amount of $200. They were even so bold as to call me and berate me for suggesting it was a scam

Person said I was eligible for 9,200. Had to go to get 200 card as well . I asked them which they represented. They said US Treasury Department. I find it odd , you call the number and its Google voice call . I didn't give them the money either

The person said he was the Senior account manager at the Health and Human services - John Paige

This caller asked for me not to tell anyone that he was from the federal government giving a certain amount of money away to people who gave income taxes, etc correctly and can receive money if I send in $200 to do “paperwork”. I’m a single widowed mother of 2 teenagers that is deeply in need of cash. I didn’t send the money, but I sure was tempted to though.
