Caller doesn't identify themselves. caller stated I would be arrested on Monday. I discounted them as a scam and blocked the number.

I received a call from this number at work telling me I owe for some pay day loan and never give you the name of an actual company you can contact just an umbrella company name CASH ADVANCE AMERICA. Your never told when you took the loan out but they do tell you the alleged amount with late fees is $500 dollars. They claim to be with Brooks and****ociate out of New Jersey. The person proceeds to ask you if you have an attorney they can contact about 5 counts of Federal charges a***nst you for wire fraud, larceny, ect. when you say no they tell you that they have warrants for your arrest. then ask if you've ever been arrested; a***n when you say no the tell you they will accept a monetary amount to stop the warrant when you say you don't have it they say its a failure to pay and they have no choice but to go forward with the charges. They then say you'll be arrested along with the references you listed. It's a scam to get you to pay when you call back the number does not work.
