“USP- Delivery on hold due to your wrong address. Please update your address information.” With a link. Seems like a scam.

Says that I need to ‘verify’ my address so some kind of package can be delivered to me. I have no package delivery pending. This is the second such text I’ve received and feel it’s a scam.
