This was a **** up call - I called back from my cell phone and the lady said simply "hello" - I asked for the name of the company and she said "DCS" - when I asked what the letters stood for she said, "I'm not at liberty to say" - so I said, "Then, I'm not at liberty to talk to you" and ***g up.  This company called my home phone which is on the do-no-call list and I shall report the call - for all the good it will do.  The caller id said simply DCS and the phone number (325) 224-6762.  I suspect the letters must stand for "Dishonest Collection Service" -
