This # keeps calling my cell phone and threatening me saying I better call or good luck with the consequences. I have no idea who it is. I can barely understand them . What should I do. It calls all the time

This is a scam they are trying to get money. i contacted the federal trade commision. You might want to also 1-877-382-4357. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY or phone numbers. Hope this helps
